Eligibility Criteria Punjab Police Special Protection Unit
- Males must be at least 5 feet 7 inches tall (or 5 feet 5 inches in some places) and between the ages of 18 and 22.
- For women, the minimum height is 5 feet and 2 inches.
- In some places, men’s chest sizes run from 31 to 32.5 inches, or 33 to 34.5 inches.
- The race is for guys who can run 1.6 kilo meters in six minutes.
- Running: The goal for women is to run 1.6 kilo meters in 10 minutes.
